Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original SlabstudioHongKong crating or box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and assembly guides are included.

  Shipping and Collection

  For small decor items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture slabs, we will coordinate a professional courier collection from your address.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
